Adrienne Kerr, Senior Editor at Simon and Schuster Canada, joined the company in 2022. She spent a decade at Penguin Canada, where she acquired and edited commercial fiction, working with bestselling authors John le Carré, Gabrielle Zevin, Gail Honeyman, Fiona Barton, Stuart McLean, Guy Gavriel Kay, Jack Whyte, A.S.A. Harrison, Ishmael Beah, Emma Hooper, Joseph Kertes, Robert J. Sawyer, Brooke Davis, Eric McCormack, and Emily Bitto. At Simon and Schuster Canada, Adrienne works with Ruth Ware, Genevieve Graham, Janet Skeslien Charles, Stephanie Wroble, C. L. Miller, Heather Marshall, Hannah Richell, Dan Kalla, and Robert Rotenberg.  Adrienne has worked in publishing for over 25 years and has been a publisher’s sales rep, a book buyer for a national chain, and a bookseller. Her forthcoming books include The Secret Keeper by Genevieve Graham, One Perfect Couple by Ruth Ware, The Widow’s Guide to Dead Bastards by Jessica Waite, and The Treasure Hunters Club by Tom Ryan.

Areas of interest: Literary and Commercial Fiction, including Cozy Mysteries, Psychological Thrillers, Historical Fiction and Gothic Novels. In Nonfiction, she’s interested in Memoir and True Crime.
