Samantha Weiner joined Simon Element in 2022. Previously, she was an executive editor at Abrams, where she began her editorial career in 2010. She is the editor behind such breakout successes as Shea Serrano’s New York Times bestsellers The Rap Year Book and Basketball (and Other Things), Amanda Seales’s Small Doses, Complex Presents: Sneaker of the Year, and the New York Times bestseller Why I March.
