Yaasmeen Sanzar (she/her) Editorial Assistant Atria

Yaasmeen joined Atria in April 2025 and currently assists Katherine Nintzel. She was an editorial assistant at Rutgers University Press and switched from academic publishing to trade when she interned with the editorial team at W. W. Norton & Company and then in the marketing department at Scribner. Yaasmeen is a graduate of Rutgers University–New Brunswick with a dual degree in Communication and English and a minor in Creative Writing. With an unwavering passion for literature and a deep admiration for the written word, Yaasmeen enjoys all forms of literary fiction that deliver rich prose with entirely raw, complex characters and relationships.
