About the Editor

Hana Park is an Associate Editor at Simon & Schuster. Hana joined Simon & Schuster in 2019, and has worked on books by Walter Isaacson, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, John Bolton, Christopher Leonard, Mona Awad, Sarah Ruhl, Laura Dave, and many others. She is drawn to literary fiction, sophisticated love stories, and coming of age stories that explore existential anxieties. She is also looking for narrative nonfiction, journalism, and biographies that explore the use of political power, art, loneliness, and social issues. Her forthcoming books include Docile by Hyeseung Song and The Air They Breathe by Debra Hendrickson. She’s published The Last Slave Ship by Ben Raines and The Book of Pet Love & Loss by Sara Bader.
Before completing the Columbia Publishing Course, she graduated with honors from Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in English, concentrating in Nonfiction. Hana was born and raised in Los Angeles.
