Karina Leon began her editorial career at Little, Brown Spark, where she worked with authors including Arlan Hamilton, Ashley Goodall, Roy Peter Clark, and Karen Yin. Karina is drawn to expert-driven books in the fields of personal finance, leadership, personal success, and entrepreneurship that offer new insights that help readers thrive at work and beyond. She is particularly excited about books in the business space by and for those of marginalized backgrounds. She earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she focused on literature and cultural and social analysis.
