Eamon Dolan joined Simon & Schuster in 2018. Among the books he has acquired, edited, and championed throughout his three-decade career are: Fast Food Nation by Eric Schlosser; 3 Nights in August by Buzz Bissinger; The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins; Beautiful Boy by David Sheff; Moonwalking with Einstein by Joshua Foer; and Fly Girls by Keith O’Brien. Other authors he’s edited include Paul Tough, Garry Wills, Donna Leon, Paul Theroux, John Lewis Gaddis, Lisa See, and James Nestor. Eamon began his publishing career in 1986 at HarperCollins as an editorial assistant. Since then, he has worked at Houghton Mifflin, Penguin Press, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt again, where he ran his own imprint, Eamon Dolan Books. His interests range from current affairs to science to narrative history to psychology to popular culture, and memoir, but all his books are united by their mission to change readers’ minds.
